Well, it was all going well, until guess who showed up? (hint Big Daddys ). That’s right, JJ and the Big Hair Band. Fuck. Ok, we weren’t expecting a top quality concert, but fuck. Well, apparently the guys on guitar were ok, because we couldn’t her them over the FUCKING DRUMS! Somebody tell Tommy Tukaluk on drums to chill. Try this test, sit around with your mates in a pub, try to have a conversation while Mike Gould pounds on the table with a fucking hammer. Mike is available to pound on tables for intimate evenings for groups of up to 10.
Wings - they were ok, but half of them had the sauce knocked off them due to being too close to the band.
Beer - the Keith’s was a bit foamy due to the sonic assault from the percussion.
Atmosphere - hard to see through the sonic waves emanating from the band, the sound actually bent most visible light.
Other than the above, not a bad place, lots of tables and booths. Empty tables and booths. A deaf guy moved tables due to the drumming. |
