Overall - Sept 2002:
Not a bad night by our usual standards. Kelly’s wings were consistent, with a decent sauce and flavour. Text-book hot with minimal ROFAR the following day.
Why not a higher score? Well...they were rather smallish, though apparently they have JUMBO wings listed on the menu, we stuck with the cheap ones. The price was right! And we had to slam them a bit for running out of Rickards Red and not having ANY alternative dark beer on the premises, forcing us to resort to Coors Lite and Canadian...Blah!

Disgruntled testimony: Kelly’s Rating
Succinctly put TAVAR = 77.3% (it was dark)
Wings = 8 %
What the fuck ! Are Kelly’s wings in competition with Sun Microsystems for the size of their Jini Microkernel?
Angled parking is a pain in the ass. I don’t like feeling like a sardine when I park my car and have to walk at least five minutes and then am expected to pay money for shitty wings. Additionally they drive like jackasses in that parking lot.
If it wasn’t for the goddess serving the Wings, Kelly’s would be banned for life.
They are now being put on my quarantine list.
Next Time Kelly’s is selected count me out.
Nuff said.

When an establishmet has "Winghouse" in its name, it better have good wings. And Kelly’s Winghouse did. Big, non-deformed, low ROFAR rating, and were enjoyed by all, even Oscar the Grouch. We suggest that some of the establishments who have scored poorly in the past go to Kelly’s to pick up a few pointers.
