Overall - July 2019:

After a long day of walking and sightseeing, our next stop in the International BHON Summer of 2019 brought us to the Vat House Bar. Located on the outskirts of the Temple Bar district, this place offered up a huge selection of Irish whisky available in tasting flights of 4 drams for around 12-14 euros.

Although the atmosphere and menu looked promising, I can’t put this one up on the BHON recommended list. The wings were slimy and goopy, drowned in BBQ sauce and seemed somewhat undercooked. (Where’s Steve when you’re looking for raw wings?)
The rest of the menu seemed a bit upscale and overpriced for our liking as well.

Another really nice Irish pub - just not what we were looking for.
