Q: Where can you get 5 pounds of huge jumbo wings for $20 these days?
A: Almost nowhere anymore, except for Bada Bing’s Roadhouse in Welland!
Well that was certainly unexpected! Imagine finding some fantastic, huge wings smack-dab in the middle of Welland. Combine that with a unique hot sauce that combined spicy, with just a splash of sweetness and an in-house special price that made this one of the best value-nights in a long time and I think we have a winner folks! Very few places have cheap wings these days. Even fewer have cheap wings that are this HUGE! And even fewer have cheap wings that are this GOOD!
Sadly, no Guinness on tap, but Keith’s Red was an adequate substitute. And why is it that so many bars these days think that Karaoke is a good thing? If I wanted to watch people who think they can sing make fools of themselves, I’d watch American Idol...wait....I don’t! Hah!
Definately a place worthy of a BHON revisit in the future though. The wings alone pushed the score into the 80 percentile range! |
