Overall - By Derek:
Since there was no review for the last wing night, and it would probably be inappropriate for you to write your own review (and I don’t see that anyone has voluntered at this point), I humbly offer the following review to his Lordship for approval:
Party at Mike’s Place! The parking was fairly convenient, with a spillover possibility to the front lawn (not in existence). Smokers were delighted at the gravel and dirt abounding in the front part of the locale. The venue was tastefully designed and decorated, and the pooling of tables truly provided for a nice down-home atmosphere. The BHON are much more accustomed to not being able to see from one end of the table to the other, so the sight of so many faces filled with pretzels, vegetables and wings was truly a strange, although welcome, one.
On to the wings! Scrumptious. Good size, zesty sauce, with a comfortable ROFAR as well. Drinks were supplied by the host, and ample seating was had by all (although rumour has it that Patrick enjoyed himself more than others, though no one could confirm since he was hidden behind the couch in the company of someone of the female pursuasion).
Other points of interest - The drawings provided by the young’ens were quite entertaining, especially noticing certain mysterious appendages resembling ummm... well, appendages more apparent to the rest of us. What was that large black animal? Could it have been a cat? Overall, a rating of 84.25% would be a good indication of a fine evening and a good time had by all.
