Back to Index Downtown Pub Crawl 2005
Finally a bit of a break from one of the hottest summers we’ve seen in years! We decided to take advantage of a warm summer evening with a perfect breeze to enjoy a few of downtown St. Catharines finer establishments. The evening began with a round of Guinness at Patrick Sheehan’s Irish pub, followed by a round of homebrewed Dark Wheat and some huge, tasty wings at the Merchant Ale House. "Oh...we have a special! Pitcher of a house draft of your choice and 2 pounds of wings for $20!" Set a brother up! Our final stop of the evening was Kaz’s, for a couple more pitchers of Guinness and a round of wings on the patio while we watched the humanity go by on St. Paul Street. All in all a really fun BHON night, with an intimate appeal. Although there were many more bars on the list to be enjoyed, we decided to take our time. Why rush a Guinness??? Back to Index |
